Imprisoned and locked away
For carrying the dawah
It’s the price some of us pay
For being active in the Islamic revival

You’re not the first
Nor the last
But the most well known
In the prisons of the tyrants

People sign petitions
And publicise your case
I also did the same
But I wonder
What good it will do
Is British justice better than American?

Is it a crime to languish in jail?
For speaking the truth without fail
And then be put on trial
So the whole world can witness
The injustice of western civilisation

There are others in the prisons of the Pharaohs
Serving longer sentences
In lands far away
Forgotten without trial
But they expect no justice from the oppressors
But instead turn only to Allah

Allah always has a plan for his creation
Sometimes our lives must be sacrificed
So that kufr can be exposed
And its way of life faces scrutiny and humiliation

So let them threaten you with extradition
And perish in their rage
They have failed to destroy you with their intimidation
And you have never compromised in the least
And this they never expected from a British citizen

Your name acts like a rallying cry
And makes many appreciate the free time that they enjoy
With families and friends
And the need to be spend our time wisely

So trust in Allah and his decree
After all no one is ever completely free
Many are slaves to the dunya and society
While you my brother have plenty of time to reflect and teach
In this you will find peace
InshAllah

Mashallah, Good one.

Alhamdulillah the Number of signatures have gone up to 121,870

Yes the number eventually reached 140 000, but the debate in Parliament never took place, did we expect anything else.

May Allah help all the oppressed people and finish the oppressors. Allah will answer duas of the oppressed. so please pray daily for all the innocent prisoners that Allah helps them and frees them with victory. reading ayatul kursi on them is also a good idea.

Actually, it did take place. I watched it live on the net. But the debate was a farce, and politics always win out over a humans right to a fair trial... hypocritical.

Scimi

EDIT: not sure if it was parliament or commons now... gah.

Either way, FARCE.
