Instead of commenting on the blog, let us refute her claims here on an honest islamic site. The rest is nonsense...I read the comments and none of them really refuted her claims. How would you respond?

Somebody should've left a comment on the demented girl's blog stating how ignorant she is of history and of islam and of her own culture and religion. Someone should've point out to her how marrying a 9yr old was common back then among all religions and races, and a 9yr old in those days is more developed and mature then she is right now. Also, someone should've pointed out to her about how pedophilia christians still are. How the churches all over the world has been feeling up little girls' skirts and boy's shorts and hiding it rather then stopping it. How you hear story of men in christian countries, among christians lock their own daughters in the basement and rape her and father 7 kids from her or how they kiddie porn, molestation, and fantasies are so popular in the west.

maturity and development

The early puberty you are seeing today is not normal biological development, what you are seeing is the results of your people living on chemical trash that you call food. Look at the bigger picture, girls (and boys) are hitting puberty at early as 8 are in the western "developed" nations.

The natural biological development of girls in the older days was not limited to a chemically fed nation but rather a world wide thing. Whether the arabs were marrying young girls or the crusaders in middle ages or what not.

You main beef is that prophet (pbuh) was married to a 9yr old girl. And your ignorance won't let you get pass the historical facts of the society back then, and not just that society. Aisha r.a. (the prophet's wife) was engaged to somebody else at that time. The pagan arabs hated the Prophet (pbuh) and went to great lengths to attack him by all means, but even they didn't saying thing about this marriage. Why? because it was the norm at that time.

I don't need to provide any proofs to you, some people are just loud mouth and just like to talk. So why don't you go do some research for a change. And if you are that lazy then go ask your grandparents, if they are still alive. Ask them how old were they when they got married, ask them how old was their parents when they got married? ask them how old there grandparents were when they got married. Then you have christian men who likes to lock up their own daughters in the basements to rape and father 7 childrens thru them. You have christians molest little girls everyday. The courts are full of their cases as well as the social services. As for early age MARRIAGE is concerned. This is something not only Muslims but christians and rest of the world did. Perhaps you should look at it with a more open mind. My point still stands and your counter point stands as well but has no bearing on my point.

I stated that girls matured and hit puberty at a much earlier age in the old days and you countered that with the statement that girls are doing that today. But you failed to understand the reasoning behind the two which i explained to you.

The girls reached maturity and early development in the old days due to number of reasons, among which some include culture/society, weather/environment, and low life expectancy.

The girls who hit puberty at early age today are a direct result of the chemically contaminated food you feed your people. This early puberty is not world wide but rather limited to your western nations who eat chemically altered food. And this early puberty has come about in the recent decades, not something that was common in 50yrs ago.

So before you throw the foolish card at me, you sure it's not you who needs the card? Like i said, go ask your grandparents about early development and early age marriage. What are you afraid of?
