I want to name my son kalb, so hes loyal and "man's best friend"
(no, im not being serious for all those hasty conclusion makers out there)
mu'3jizah sounds wrong allahu alam... coz u cant lie in names... for example the prophet told that mother to not call her daughter 'barrah' coz its attributing a fake attribute that only Allah can judge with.
as for malak... ive headr of ppl with angel names like 'jibreel' (sheikh muhammad jibreel for xample) but ALLAHU ALAM if its ok or not.. better ask scholars insahlah
personally i dont like it.. malak sounds too rigid lol. can also be taken as 'king'.. in which case i prefer 'ameer'
salamz

Isn't king Malik though? :?
What does Mu'3jizah mean? Btw I think I read on islam-qa that angels are not haram but makrooh, cont really remember though.
I've heard an Arabic song where there singer call his girlfriend "Ya Malaki" (Oh! My angel) - is it Islamic?:rollseyes
oh those hayawaan songs are haram coz of the promiscuity they promote.
not sure about the 'ur my angel phrase' assuming its mahram saying it 2mahram... sounds cute but not sure

Hey I didn't even notice Imaan was on the list! lol... Why not Imaan though? :?
But that doesnt make snese because all names attribute something to the person! :?
