You sure it was a protest? Regent park mosque is close to Baker street station so it may have been some brothers walking to mosque saying "Takbir" and wanting support, usually for their group... maybe.

i know someone that was talking about it n they just mentioned baker street so i am not sure.. however i think it was some sort of jihad protest where they covered their faces.. i heard it will pass on the tv tomorw
 
right...am not aware of that sis.....its gna be on tv...gna keep my eye out....
