Yes, the Messenger of God may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him did, after they betrayed the Muslims and broke the terms of treaty and later submitted to the judgement of Sa'd ibn Mu'ad the leader of a huge Medinan tribe who was once their ally.
both the Prophet pbuh and Banu Quraizah submitted to his judgement and he judged them according to God's law, although such a judgement is not specified in the Quran, it was reasonable since they would have had thousands of Muslims slaughtered without right had the betrayal been successful. The rulings of Torah would have been much more severe had the rulings of the Quran not been more tempered and recent.

You had asked about a rare incident which was due to an extra ordinary height of treachery & treason of the toppest degree ,that we would Never ever have seen or ever happened in the history of the world , Banu Qurayza who were being sincerely protected by the Muslims by facing the 4 fold bigger pagan Army but inturn Banu Qurayza wanted to kill the muslims families , women and children at their homes and also help the enemy . Is there any country who would let go free anyone who sells his country secrets ? There is death for even this simple treason. So how about somebody who wants simultaneously kill his own country's President his associates and their families including their kids? , his countries own soldiers & personal guarding his home itself ??? who were working all night and day for weeks with out eating for 3 days to protect the state these infidels (poisonous snakes) were living ??? these chilling paranoids who none will allow when they were already forgiven before and given a chance but still would not change but turned to the worst by betraying Muslims, though living among the muslims and their protection. Banu Qurayaza had such a jealousy for Allah's Prophet because since he did not come among the jews and he was victorious battle after battle.
If Hitler or any other was there he would not have not spared those women and children but would have burnt or killed them ALL by mincing. But Muslims were kind enough to spare them. If Banu Qurayza were spared, no doubt they will Mobile another Big army like their allies banu Nadhir did earlier here with 4 fold army to kill the muslims and that was the right decision and Allah also spared the muslims from blame since they themselves fixed their own fate when they appointed Sa'd Bin Mua'd (ra) their long term Ally to be the arbitrar who wisely & Justly decided such worst creatures who wanted to assassinate their own guards, The Muslims , have no right to live on the face of this EARTH.

Then the Prophet said (to Sad)." These (i.e. Banu Quraiza) have agreed to accept your verdict." Sad said, "Kill their (men) warriors and take their offspring as captives, "On that the Prophet said, "You have judged according to Allah's Judgment," or said, "according to the King's judgment."

800 were The whole tribe of Banu Qurayza including women, children and the figures of executed are from about 300 up is what i remember. Only after these the Jews sat back from meddling with Muslims but not their treachery and revolt against God itself when they revenged their own God for not sending his last messenger among them ''the chosen people'' ( Prophet Issac's Progeny) , but into their brethren , Prophet Ishmael's Progeny, The Arabs. Jews started corrupting their books more seriously after this , throwing out '' Ellah '' and calling him Yahweh and insulting their own pure Prophets with incest etc errotic stories and sending Ibn Sabah to create the shia faction among muslims etc etc :shade: just to quench their thirst for revenge.

Ok , this is a straight forward question for which we can give you the straight forward answer which is YES . If non muslims were persecuted there will be no non muslims left at all in the Middle east. There were 14 million coptic Chrisitians in ME by the statistics in 1980's by the Testimonies in a Anis Sherosh , American Arab Christian - Deedat debate. Similarly there were Jews who live in ME with still 30,000 in Iran living happily then living in Israel. If Islam persecutes as they did with Muslims in Spain none of the non Muslims would survived as it happened with Muslims in Spain unless untill for the past 5 years about 100,000 muslims (mostly converts ) are seen again in Spain.

My frank question to you is, do you live in your country without paying tax ??
Paying tax makes you as more Valid citizens of a state. Muslims paid Zakat tax and non muslims how ever super rich he was he did not pay zakat tax but Jizzya tax which assured of equal protection in par with Muslims and as citizens from the state which was also in lieu for non muslims not serving in the Muslim army. here is an example where Muslims not only allowed Christians to remain Christians but that the Christians themselves preferred Muslim rule over that of Heraclius, who was himself a Christian.
During the reign of the second caliph, ‘Umar bin al-Khattaab may Allaah be pleased with him the Roman emperor, Heraclius, raised a huge army to repel the Muslim forces. It was, thus, incumbent upon the Muslims to concentrate their efforts on the battle. When the commander of the Muslims, Abu ‘Ubaydah may Allaah be pleased with him heard this news, he wrote to his officials in all conquered cities in Syria and ordered them to return the Jizyah which had been levied in those cities. He also addressed the public saying;
“We are returning your money because we know that the enemy has gathered troops. By the terms stipulated in the covenant, We have obliged us to protect you. However, since we are now unable to fulfil these conditions, we have returned to you what you paid to us. We shall abide by the terms agreed upon in the covenant, if Allaah helps us to rout the enemy”. Thus, a huge amount was taken from the state treasury and returned to the Christians, making them very happy. They prayed for and blessed the Muslim commanders.
They exclaimed:“May Allaah help you to overcome your enemies and return you to us safely. If the enemy were in your place, they would never have returned anything to us, rather they would have taken all our remaining property!"
