مرحبا، كيف حالك؟ (Marḥaban, kayfa ḥāluk?) – Hello, how are you?
2. Past Negative – Lesson 18
To say “I did not…” in the past, simply add ما (mā) before the past tense verb:
Real example:
ما ذهبت إلى المدرسة اليوم (Mā dhahabtu ilā al-madrasa al-yawm – I did not go to school today).
