Sister iskabab, ammi buzze that age does not matter because to bec ome a Hafiz or Hafiz'a or an Alim or an Alimah is such an achievement that it fills nmy heart with joy! I love it when Muslim Brother or Sisters accomplish something like this because it shows how you are leanring and that there are some belivers of Allah Ta'ala in this world who will carry on the glorious reading of the Qur'an and Islam.

In my opinion, age does not matter and you should go for it with all your heart, mind and soul with it.

i kno an 80 yr old somalian lady who memorized the quran recently... 80 YRS OLD.

no sis to answer ur question age is of no consequence whatsoever!!! islam has no restriction regarding time :)
