AsalamuAlaykum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh,

i think sis Amirah would know

this looks like arabic :oS

Lemme call her :D

The first one, Sufwah At-tafaaser: Sufwah means the best: So it would mean "The best of tafaaseer" Tafaaseer is the plural world for tafseer btw.

Second pic says the same on the top, the small words on the bottom means :tafseer of the noble qur'an.

Third pic: Author Muhammad Ali Assabuni, Ustadh at the institute of Shari'ah and islamic lessons, Makkah Mukarramah, university of the King Abdul Aziz.

fourth pic: From what i know Iqnaa3 means weapons..and it can also means contentment...Either it means Weapons in undoing the words of Abu Shuja3 or ..Contentment in unraveling the words of Abu Shujaa3.
I'm not sure which one..help anyone?

:sl:

The first book's called

Safwatut-tafaseer which means "The best of Tafseers"

It's By Al-Imaam Muhammed 'Ali As-Saabuuniy

and in the small print there it says:

Teacher at the Insitute of Islamic law In Makkah Al-Mukarramah ~ University of King Abdul 'Azeez

It's a Tafseer of the Noble Qur'aan.

-The Second book there is called:

Al-Iqnaa' fee hall alfaadh abee shujaa' / like you said Nawal it looks like:

The contentment in unraveling the words of Abu Shujaa'

& It's By Shamsud-Deen Muhammed bin Ahmed Ash-Sharbeeniy

Hope that helped InshaAllah, If I'm wrong in anyway please correct me people!
