1) I'm now extremely, most overwhelmingly worried for my young sibs and cousins. :'(

I wouldn't. Underage sex isn't a contagious disease.

2)Western culture is sick. if anyone here were to be found to have relationship outside wedlock, they will be shunned by every one.and there, they are actually making big publicity over that??

This sort of thing happens on occasion in all ages and in all cultures; the only difference is the publicity, or 'lack of it'. I would point out that if this was common, the press wouldn't have thought it worthy of comment.

I'm afraid we must disagree about 'Western culture' being 'sick'; I'm glad nobody was 'shunned'. Parents that age trying to bring up a baby need support not being ostracized, for the sake of the child if nothing else.

For centuries and until today boys and girls not tied to schooling till they're 21 were getting married and having children at such a young age, so there is nothing "disgusting" about the age thing. Of course the fact that the child is out of marital bond and that Western life is so complicated and demanding nowadays the burden will be enormous, THAT will be hard to bare.
