I think no for Ibn Rushd because I think he was an Ashari? And yes for al-Laythi because al-Laythi took the Muwatta right from Imaam Malik, therefore, he would have the same Aqeedah as him as well?

Not too sure. Some view him as such, some not (after my research). But let's then not take him.
