I've been on a mission for the past 6-8 months to improve my balance.
I've been lifting low weight and doing lots and lots and lots and lots of reps. For some reason the left side of my body was alot weaker than my right side. Hamdulilah I'm a lot more balanced now. I started with dips and pull ups and then moved into weights after a few months.
Now I just feel out the weight doing lat pull down, bb shrugs, tricep pull down, rows, and RDL's. Then I do some military press, bench press (flat, incline, decline), and curls. I always run 1 mile after a workout and always do resistance ab training until they hurt.
I'm going to continue on this path until Ramadan, when I will begin a month of daily flexibility training inshaALlah.
But after that, I'mma do a year of dedicated strength training and document the weights I am lifting.
