Can anyone provide the hadith/quranic reference?

Soo I was talking to a friend and they asked for a reference whre Allah has specifically mentioned about the Loh e Mahfooz.. I read in one sura.surah Al burj but i didnt find it clear enough
Is there any hadith or aya where it is mentioned about Loh e Mahfooz or preserved tablet and that it was written 50,000 years before Allah created the universe.
Please help a sista out

surah al Hadid (57) ayat 22.
No calamity can befalls on the earth or in yourselves, except (that is inscribed) in a book (of Decrees), before We bring it into existence. Surely, that is easy for Allah.

Abdullah b. 'Amr b. al-'As reported:
I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: Allah ordained the measures (of quality) of the creation fifty thousand years before He created the heavens and the earth, as His Throne was upon water.
حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ، أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ سَرْحٍ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ، وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو هَانِئٍ الْخَوْلاَنِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحُبُلِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو، بْنِ الْعَاصِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ ‏ "‏ كَتَبَ اللَّهُ مَقَادِيرَ الْخَلاَئِقِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَخْلُقَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ بِخَمْسِينَ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ - قَالَ - وَعَرْشُهُ عَلَى الْمَاءِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

but this only tells one thing no details about loh e mahfooz and qadr

What about surah Qaf when it says qad alimna......

We know what the earth takes of them and with us is a preserved book...

Don’t that allude to qadr?

Oooo oooo and and surah al hadid when it says ma assaba min musabatin...

Basically if anything happens it has been written down in the kitab (loh mahfuz) before it happens

Are we not Allah’s creation? Read the Hadith again please?
And Qadr literally means to measure in Arabic. Read the Arabic of the Hadith as well.
