Actually one of my friends who lives in the Durham region. What happened was that after he filed for divorce and legally got the divorce settled in court. He noticed a lot of strange smells after he came home. He often noticed the smell of dog in his house or either his car. He said this happened on two different occasions. After he left the house the dogs came back in after he wasn't there, as well as in his car. As this was going on he also stated that he kept receiving speeding tickets through the Radars (apparently red light camera). He received a bunch of tickets in the mail and was unsure what to make of the entire situation. Now he's financially stuck and doesn't know what to make of this scenario... any answers?!
