Ya, I know, HIIT is a little different then just running though, HIIT is running as extreme speed, short distance, that's good for getting a heart pumping exercise. I am talking about HIIT combined with Endurance running, like doing a mile in 15 minutes, and then doing it 13 minutes, then doing a mile and half in like 17 mins.

Not in a street brawl usually, cause even if you dodge 2/3 the 1 that hits, cause pulverize you. I prefer fight forums based on either street fighting or Tai Chi, and I can't do Tai Chi right now.
