Its prolly too high up but my cats get scared of a plastic bag LoL! i use that to stop them from something or move away from a certain area lol. Try it sis, the hose part. Don't like burst it at the cat for too long. Just like hit it wit water a bit and see what happens. If it moves then jus do it lil by little. InshAllah maybe it'll come down =\
