Catch a thief and get stolen property back

I started a partnership business in fisheries. Within 7 months into the business my partner without notifying me sold off all the fishes. When I asked him he denied. However, people living around the pond all said that he has done it. Is there any amal that I may do in order to get back what was stolen from me. I know I cannot get the fish back, but can get the money.

Am in dire need of assistance.

Witnesses - you need to find witnesses who are willing to bare witness against your business partner and the approach a mediator who will remain fair and impartial in the case I think
