i have a habit of licking my lips especially cos they get dry and are chapped
now wwen licking lips i could be swallowing skins at the same time as the skins goes all white and moist on the lips
i dont wear vasline cos i know ill lick my lips out of habit or mistake
what can a fasting person do in this case
also if you think you have skin in your mouth cos you feel something but can see it so cant take it out and then swallow does this break your fast
even though i felt something in my mouth im not sure what it was or if it was anything at all
