Closures of Subforums?

Closures of threads are common here as are deleted posts, but for the first time I encountered an entire subforum closed (Comparative Religion). Where is info about this sort of thing posted? My meager board skills were unable to find.

It totally confused me. I thought I had logged out and then I thought I had been banned.

Ha! Ok, I'm an idiot. There's a post right up top in that section in the stickies. I never read stickies.

Yeah, we doing some cleaning up there. It'll be back up in a while inshaa Allaah [God willing.]


I think theres an announcement about it in the news and announcement sections.
