“There is no one who deals in usury a great deal (to increase his wealth) but he will end up with little (i.e., his wealth will be decreased).”(ابن ماجه)

Hadhrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه ) narrates that:

Allah’s Messenger (صلي الله عليه و سلم ) said,*

“Verily, there is a chapter in the Qur'an which contains thirty verses that will intercede on behalf of its reciter until he is forgiven. (It is): Tabaarakal lazee bi yadihil mulk’”*[Tirmidhi]

Abdullah bin Amr رضي الله عنه narrates :

That Nabee صلي الله عليه و سلم said :


“The major sins are :

-that you ascribe partners to Allaah,
-that you disobey your parents,
-that you commit murder
-and that you take a false oath.”(بخاري)

Ibn Mas`ud (رضي الله عنه) reported:

I asked the Messenger of Allah (صلي الله عليه و سلم): "Which act is the best?"

He (صلي الله عليه و سلم) said,

"As-Salat at their fixed times."

I asked, "What next?" He (صلي الله عليه و سلم) said,

"Being dutiful to parents."

I asked, "What next?" He (صلي الله عليه و سلم) said,

"Striving (Jihad) in the way of Allah.(بخاري )

“Allah سبحانه و تعالي will admit a man into Paradise who was easy in his buying and selling, in his paying debts and seeking repayments.”(Sunan An-Nasa’i)

Hazrat Anas (رضي الله عنه ) narrates that:

Rasulullah (صلي الله عليه و سلم ) said:


“He who reads a single Durood upon me, Almighty Allah blesses him ten times, ten of his sins are forgiven, and he is increased ten times in rank.” ~ (Mishkaat)

Today being the mubarak day of Friday let us recite surah kahf and excessive durood on nabee صلي الله عليه و سلم

It was said,

“Patience and tolerance .”

It was said, “Who among
the believers has the best faith?”

The Prophet صلي الله عليه و سلم said,
“Those with the best character .”(مصنف ابن أبي شيبة)

Shall I show you something that, if you did, you would love each other?

“ He is not from my nation

--who does not honor our elders,
--nor have mercy on our young ones,
--nor recognize the rights of our scholars .”(احمد)

• ‘Ata’ ibn Yasar رحمه الله narrates that a man asked Rasullullah صلي الله عليه و سلم :

“O Rasulallah! Should I seek permission to enter where my mother lives?” He replied: “Yes.” This man said: “Even if I live in the same house with her?” Rasullullah صلي الله عليه و سلم said: “Seek her permission.”

The man said: “I serve her (so I have to go frequently).” Rasullullah صلي الله عليه و سلم said: “Seek her permission; would you like to see her naked?” The man said: “No.”

Rasullullah صلي الله عليه و سلم said: “Well, then seek her permission.” (Muwatta Imam Malik)

If anyone deprives an heir of his inheritance, Allah will deprive him of his inheritance in Paradise on the Day of Resurrection. (Ibn Maja)

Abdullah ibn ‘Amr*(رضي الله عنه)*reported

That the Messenger of Allah*(صلي الله عليه و سلم)*said:*

“Fasting and the Quran will intercede for a slave on the Day of Judgment,

the fasts will say, ‘my Lord I prevented him (or her) from food and desires so let me intercede’,

and the Quran will say, ‘I prevented him (or her) from sleeping at night so let me intercede’,

then they(fast and quraan) will intercede”(احمد)
