I said no but she says she just singing and not playing the instrument and she gets mad and upset about not being able to. Wut do?
 
She is in the wrong environment which is not good for a muslim. Having worldly qualifications means nothing when it comes to the akhirah. Its a long process to get her back on track but dont give up. Tell her it is unislamic to participate in such activity. Look at other schooling options. In the end, it is better to stay at home, with zero qualifications but with the imaan intact.
 
Show her the hadeeth that say women singing and the playing of musical instruments are haram, and inform her that the "idle talks" mentioned in Surat al Luqman verse 6 (31:6) refer to music.
