Delaying prayer

This is off topic but I want to ask this question my dad keeps say when it's time to pray I have to delay the prayer for my sister like 15 to 20 minutes it's only 5 of us in the family she doesn't have any medical reason either. because u seem smart I wanted to know isn't it haram to delay a prayer that long

It's not haram at all to delay a prayer unless it's outside of the time to pray it's just you lose deeds
 
Yes I'm 100% sure if the prophet saw said that the time for the prayer is inbettween the two times for it then why would praying inside the time just at a later time be haram
