Did any one know about the hadiths about Quince?

Assalam Alaikum,

We have find this hadiths in Tibb e Nabvi (S.A.W) Aur Jadeed Science Vol 2 by Dr.Khalid Ghaznavi hadiths about Quince but i did not find them any where else can someone confirm this if the have the hadith books about Safarjal.

The Holy Prophet (PBUH) said, “Eat quince, for it sweetens the heart. For Allah has sent no prophet as His messenger without feeding him on the quince of Paradise .
The Holy Prophet (PBUH) said, “Feed your pregnant women on quince, for it cures the diseases of the heart and makes the babies handsome”.

Ibn Qayyim Jawziyya mentions a qa'ida in his book on Dha'if hadith (al-Manār al-Munīf) that a majority of the ahadith narrated in regards to the virtues of certain foods are fabricated.
