did u know i dont use ''fairy liquid'' ..actually ive never even heard of it..:p instead i use "Windex" so the glass can sparkle and shine...;D

It looks like they already have - see nurofislam's post above. I would argue that the appendix is an example of suboptimal design, though.

And regarding growth of hair, this has not been proven scientifically yet but the early muslim scholar Imam Sadiq has said that they are used to remove sickness from the body. You probably know about protein transamination.
