Having recently visiting cape town, they have an awesome accent, especially my very young little cousins.
I use to crack-up, cause in every sentence they would say somthing like "eyh" *with a raising eybrow*. ;D

Mmmm.....When I speak Malay, people dont understand me even though I speak it fluently:X They say I"ve got some kind of accent.

But overall people say when i speak you can just tell i've got something to do with the caribbean. lol.

I prefer the Malay version of English, rather than Chinese or Indian version because it's easy to understand.

Sometimes when a chinese speak English, I was like "What?":rollseyes

Example: "How many 'kraak" you have in your office?". And I did say: "What? 'Kraak'?" :rollseyes (I did roll my eyes). He then said: "the people who do the typing, ma!". Then I know it's 'clerk' but he pronounced it 'kraak'.;D

no waaayy the hyderabadi accent is no where close to the paki accent...u have to hear both the accents to make out the difference....its quite funny u know...:giggling:

On the contrary dear sister. You do have an accent. If you were in Australia - your accent differs widely from the norm - you would be judged as having an accent. If I came to US, the same would be said for me. Everyone has an accent.
