difficult work colleague

I'm having a problem with a orking colleague who is behaving in an aggressive and horrible manner. I'm trying to be professional but she is making things difficult, what does the Quran and the prophet (PBUH) say about conduct.

2. last two surah of quran
3. good Akhlaq (manner). u may give her some gifts. that can be some food item or something else.
4. dua for her.
5. if u have something bad about her in ur heart, remove it and forgive her.
