Refutation of those who say that the divine attributes having to do with actions such as creating and granting provision are created
I heard a famous shaykh say that Allah created the divine attribute of granting provision. Is this correct or not?

I do not know why do you both indulge in such almost touching zaat like speech?! You know from hadith that we should not argue/talk about Allahs dhat.
Divine attributes are Divine attributes, uncreated, subhanallah.

Allah is Al Wahid (unique), and every other name and attribute is his unique and without sharik.
When Allah orders something (kun fe jekun) often creation takes place, and every other dynamic we should not too much argue about.
