Does anyone have access to these two books in arabic: Fadail Ja'far of Al-Qummy?

I was wondering, does anyone have access to Fadail Ja'far of Al-Qummy and Tarikh Rafi'i in arabic? Huzaifah perhaps if you have time maybe?
