Does Islam allow this?

I wanna ask if it is allowed for a married woman to have a breast examination by a medical (MBBS) student (a relative)?Does this depend on the niyat of the persons or what?

It is better to visit a female doctor. There's more chance of fitnah if you get it examined by a relative.
