I read that somewhere but can't remember the actual thing in arabic :-[

"وَأَنَا أَشَْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّداً عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ، رَضِيتُ بِاللهِ رَبَّاً وَبِمُحَمَّدٍ رِسُولاً وَبِالإِْسلاَمِ دِيناً".

Wa 'anaa 'ash-hadu 'an laa 'ilaaha 'illallaahu wahdahu laa shareeka lahu wa 'anna Muhammadan 'abduhu wa Rasooluhu, radheetu billaahi Rabban, wa bi-Muhammadin Rasoolan wa bil'islaami deenan.

I bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah alone, Who has no partner, and that Muhammad is His slave and His Messenger. I am pleased with Allah as my Lord, with Muhammad as my Messenger and with Islam as my religion.1 [To be recited in Arabic after the Mu'aththin’s Tashahhud or the words of affirmation of Faith]

A. Bismillaahir rahmaanir raheem. Qul huwallaahu 'ahad allahus samad lam yalid lam yoolad wa lam yakun lahu kufuwan 'ahad.

With the name of allah the most merciful he is allah the one, the sefl sufficient master, whom all creatures need he begets not nor was he begotten && none is equal

Also i want to say theres loads of dua'ahs you can recite before going to sleep i would be sat here all day/night typing them up lol so i choose one that i recite often, it's a good thing to cup your hands and recite on then and then blow.

Q. Times of worry and Grief???

Allahum maghfir lahu warhamhu wa 'aafihi wa 'fu anhu wa akrim nuzulahu wa wassi mudkhalahu waghsilhu bilmaa'i waththalji wabaradi wa naqqihi minal khataayaa kamaa naqqytath thawbal 'abdyadha minad danasi wa 'abdilhu daaran khyran min daarihi wa ahlan kyran min 'adkhilhul jannata wa 'aithhu min athaabil qabri wa 'athaabin naar

O allah forgive him && have mercy on him && give him strength && exucse him be kind to him and his enterance to be widely and wash him with water and snow and hail.... I FORGOT THE REST :-[
