Fist you're gonna need a decent DVD-making software.

Edit : yep Its a Full Version The serials Are In it
(just say Insert Register code and put one of the serials In it)

alright thats great,theres a software that does everything for you its called 'VSO ConvertXtoDVD' you just open the video file you want and it converts it to dvd and then you can add things like menu,background picture and stuff
