Rays of Truth does sound good.

What does Anees mean? And I want something English or a common Arabic word.

Al-Falah sounds good though. What do you guys think?

Didn't some members like Muslim Voice

I thought that one was a pretty good name actually.

I also like Al-Falah, however, i've no idea what it means in English :p

Please vote. But when you vote, vote to something close to what you want. For example, if a choice is "Muslim Voice" and you only like the "Voice" part, then still vote for it. Sort of conceptual.

By the way, are you planning on starting this after Ramadan or before?
 
To a staff member: can someone merge my two e-Newsletter threads without losing my poll? :X

And I plan to open the site as soon as I can and publish our first newsletter hopefully by Eid. I want it to be Ramadhan and/or Eid special inshallah.

I don't like 'stairway to paradise'. It's too Led Zepplin-y. Which I don't think an islamic paper should be. Just my personal opinion, before people start ranting.

Muslim Voice/Islamic Voice gets my vote. I think it's kind of catchy :)

Don't restrict yourselves though. I was looking through a list of Nasheeds to see if any names pop up from there as well.

I know you don't really want an Arabic name but how about al-Qalam (The Pen), or al-Sawt (The Voice), or al-Haadee (The Guide)? From the ones above al-Falaah would get my vote :thumbs_up.

Yeah, I wanted Al-Falaah too.

But al-Qalam is also good I think! Hmm.

al-Qalam is good. And maybe we can get someone to do calligraphy with the word "al-Qalam" for a logo.
