Editting profile trouble

Assalamalaikum,

I have trouble in editting my profile:
i cant add a background image to my profile as it always says post in album so i checked it out on my user cp but i couldnt find it...can any1 tell me where the "photo and album" is coz i really hav trouble finding it.

(faq told me to check in the user cp)
