Eid has finally come and Ramadan has sadly gone
We must stay firm and keep on striving
Life can be hard in this dunyah to survive in
Every day the dunyah beckons us on
To see who Eemaan is really strong
Shatan watches to see who he can make do wrong
So don't give up on the good deeds you acquired
Dont say you will now have a rest from deen and that you grew tired
So don't put that hijab you wore to one side
Dont shave your bread off with pride
Who do you know that this Ramadan was you last
And don't think you will be forgiven just becouse you fast
Because all year round you act out of pride and your deen gets pushed to The side then Ramadan comes and you act all righteous
To me this is not the actions of the pious
To fast with the fear and love of Allah is the only way
Because don't forget you will have to answer to him one day
