^ awww thats all i hear in the masjid (tomorrow) but with a huge rush of people talking and yellin and screamin and lauhin and pretty much everything u could do to be begging for death (by me)

nono, tomorrow is the 3rd official day of eid (the last one aswell) So make the most of it :)

Is it permissible to make up a missed fast on the second or third day of Eid?.

Praise be to Allaah.

Eid al-Fitr lasts for just one day, which is the first day of Shawwaal.

With regard to the commonly-held belief among people, that Eid al-Fitr lasts for three days, this is merely a custom that is known among the people, and has nothing to do with any shar’i rulings.

Al-Bukhaari (may Allaah have mercy on him) said:

Chapter: Fasting on the day of al-Fitr.

Then he narrated (1992) that Abu Sa’eed (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) forbade fasting on the day of al-Fitr and al-Nahr.

Based on this, the day of al-Fitr is just one day, on which it is haraam to fast, As for the second and third days of Shawwaal, it is not haraam to fast those days; it is permissible to fast it to make up a missed Ramadaan fast or as a voluntary fast.

And Allaah knows best.

Late Eid Mubarak!
Lol well my Eid was like wow I went to this roller coaster place, I thought I was in heaven because I went on a sky drop and I was reading Duaas and then I turned around and saw this guy and hes all like we're not in heaven actually, look it's Omar, so we all know this is NOT heaven.

And then this random old nugget person called me a lilac and told me to keep my hijab on and he thinks it's very symbolic.

And I screamed like a baby, discovering that I am afraid of heights and too petite for roller coasters. Even though I went on many, and felt sick.


It was a good Eid Alhamdulillah, I spent it with the people I love. I hope everyone was great on Eid too!
