1. Mother has left some food before the baby and the child refused to eat that I do not eat anything else. And mother should fear that the child should not leave the food or be hungry. ... just bring another meal for it ...

Not sure if I understood clearly. If you are trying to say that babies/kids should decide for themselves what they want to eat, then I would neither agree nor disagree. Instead that we should encourage what is good for them in the best manner possible rather than forcing them to eat what is right. Depending on the age of the baby/kid there are many ways to do this, with my nephew (3 y.r) for instance once he views that we are enjoying the food from our plates then sooner or later he will come and take the food from our plates, leaving his, which was the same . But, never should any child go hungry (for the sake of discipline) sometimes there can be a real problem like Autism which makes them unusually picky and other times they go through their own preferences, which should (provided good and permissible) always be encouraged for them to acquire individual self-esteem/strength/character/belief i.e learning respect for self with choices and preference.

Even before birth, children rights are to be respected

I think it's sass of child and love of mother
