assalaam alaikum.its good bt i dont no why i'm unable to give voice to my prblm.so i'm asking u directly.hope u'll answer-

1.is dis necessary to follow fatwa?i mean here in my society dere was a case where father in law rape his daughter in law.and when she ask for justice its said that she should marry her father in law.Is this the correct justice?

2.similarly i have often heard -whatever u sow,so shall u reap.If anythng misshappenings happens with a small girl whats her fault then?

3.why is it said that muslim women are d more suppressed one.(though i personally dont believe it).i cover myself even in my clg & for dat i listen a lot nd had a long nd heated discussion nd when they cite such eg like fatwa ordered by ISIS,maulvi of our society says not to take polio drop as it makes men.....,muslim gives more importance to their dharma rather than karma.I seriously get disturbe as i dont have d ans.

4.how will u define character?

5.U,I,everybody atleast every muslim know there is Allah.But how can u say dat . is it bcoz Quran says so.When u give my explanation then they tell me its human psychology to construct all these.

6.whats shariat law.is it was from time of huzur paak.can it be challenged.

7.marriage is bond in us.but if a wife spends her major life to raise their children nd suddenly men leave her by giving her mehar nd marries other women.is this the justice from women pt of view.plz check shah Bano case of India.

7.why only men can keep 4wives simultaneously why not women.

Asalaam O Alaikum... Thank you for your questions...

Depending upon what has happened with the Little Girl, the following Verses of the Quran bring solace to one's heart when recited:

(2:216) ...it may well be that you dislike a thing even though it is good for you, and it may well be that you like a thing even though it is bad for you. Allah knows and you do not know.

Allah (swt) in His Divine Wisdom does make his creatures go through trials the reason for which cannot be explained immediately but with time one comes to realize why Allah (swt) had done it. If trials or misshapen is experienced by something due to fact that Allah is displeased then was He displeased with His Prophets and Messengers the most because he made them go through a lot trials? Certainly not.

But about the part where you mentioned what you sow shall you reap, i.e. for those sinners who continue to sin and act unjust in the society and who ultimately shall have to be responsible for their doings in this life or in the hereafter. They might live lavishly in this life and nothing would seem to harm them, but they WILL BE responsible once they die without repenting to Allah (swt) for their unjust acts.

(3:188) ....do not think that they are secure from chastisement. A painful chastisement awaits them.

(46) And whether We show thee [in this world] something of what We hold in store for those[deniers of the truth], or whether We cause thee to die [before that retribution takes place -know that, in the end], it is unto Us that they must return; and God is witness to all that they do.

So the chastisement is either in this world and the hereafter or awaits them only in the hereafter.

The Holy Prophet (saw) said "[FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]I was sent to Perfect good character."

The Prophet (saw) was sent with a Guidance Mission to entire Mankind, and the chore of his mission was to perfect good character, so you can imagine how much importance there is for beautiful character in Islam

The Quran also says referring to our Blessed Prophet (saw) that had you been harsh in your Dawah to the people, they would have gone away from you. [/FONT]

Shariah means a path, a way, and every nation to whom A Prophet was sent was handed over instructions and law in how to practice them within their culture, the Final Messenger (saw) was a lawgiver for entire Mankind, as there will be no Prophet after him. Please see the following Verse:

(5:48) Unto every one of you have We appointed a [different] law and way of life.

The Shariah is applicable, workable even in our times if implemented in its true spirit. The challenge does come from West every now and then, but they fail to realize, espcially who blindly point fingers, that amendments to their constitutions like Freedom of Religion, Women s Rights, Minority rights etc are actually something they had learned from the Caliphates that existed throughout the East till we decided to become individual nation states and abandon religion from State Affairs and become secular.

As far as I know, that is not permissible. (I stand to be corrected) Thus as far as I know, this is not justice!

No. But this matter is not necessarily about women in islam. It happens. But for the women in islam, Allah will have His plans for those who have abused his blessings.

This gets a bit more interesting... If a woman had four husbands, how could anyone really tell who the father was? But that is not my real point. Allah set has all the answers, and we can only guess the real reasons behind them.

In my honest opinion, it boils down to the 'philosophy' of islam (aside from the betterment of self) but with regards to betterment of society, islam preaches also about the development of the ummah (the community). Essentially it is about protecting the weak. If a family loses its head (the father), often they will be marginalized and left in destitute. If the children became orphans, chances are they will not be taken care off. Thus in allowing males to marry more, they have the responsibility to care for the orphans. Better still if they were to marry widows to care for the children. That way, a society will be strong and nobody is left out.

But unfortunately, this law has been abused and here in Malaysia, there are some who after years of work strike it rich and decide to marry younger women. Not the purpose of the law.

On another note, I came across a video that spoke of the modern era where we have these radio waves for all the gadgets we own and it will affect the male population in the long run. A telco company in Malaysia found that its employees working in the field has only female children and no males. If this is a sign of things to come, then with so many people who cannot be without these telecommunication devices, chances are that male population will soon decline and we will be living in a world that is largely women. If this is to be true, then in the future, women will be stealing husbands. If this law were to be taken heed, then the chances are that women can still have husbands, albeit, a shared one.

This fatwa is totally incorrect, even if this fatwa issued by a famous madrasa.

Rape is a crime, and the rapist should be punished while the victim should get justice. So, force the victim to marry the rapist is injustice. Also, father of the husband is mahram.

Regarding your question about sharia. Sharia is Islamic law that taught by Rasulullah (saw). But unfortunately, there are people who mix Islam with culture. So, there are many fatawa which actually based on culture but look like based on Islam. And there are people who 'twist' Islam only to defend culture.

Like the fatwa you ask about. This controversial fatwa issued only to defend the verdict that issued by local panchayat that made this verdict based on culture, not Islam.

basically its a new question which someone asked me though i gave him answer but i myself was not satisfied wid d ans.d questn was-i was in my class a guy came nd told me u muslim ppl for u only ur dharm(religion) matter nd is d only top most priority.i asked him wat was d matter.he told me he went to the bank for some purpose nd was standing in a queue.after sometime there was a zuhar aazan nd d person sitting on d counter went to offer his namaaz nd as a result they had to now wait for a longer pd of time.so he told me for u d namaaz is top most priority even by leaving ur work nd making someone wait.nd therefore he was very much irritated nd spoke all ill about muslim saying for u d deed which u r doing doesnt matter.

Sounds like a false Fatwa. Don't follow that one. Rape is punishable in Islam. I don't need to be a scholar to see that. The Ahadith confirm this also. There are fake clerics out there.

Like what? It is very vague. Injustice is not allowed in Islam either way. Read verse 16:90 of the Holy Qur'an.

ISIS is not any authority on Islam. Their Caliph is a Mossad agent. So don't follow them. As for Muslim women, women are different depending on their cultural background. But suppression happens when people abuse the justice system and make laws that are called Sharia, but have nothing to do with the Sharia. Some of these are oppressive laws on women. Sharia law is not oppressive to women.

Be specific. The character Muslims adopt is the character of the Holy Prophet (saw), which was exactly what the Holy Qur'an taught. Therefore, the Holy Qur'an defines character, if that is what you wanted to know. Read it to find out.

We know Allah is there because the Holy Prophet (saw) demonstrated that Allah is there. Then the buzurg Mujaddids came and demonstrated to people that Allah is there. You need fresh signs from God to know this (Good dreams). Good examples of people and pious followers of Islam who are close to Allah with clear signs of that. They best demonstrate Allah's existence. You cannot be guided without an Imam.

Sharia law is Islamic law. There are so many details. This requires a person with a lot of knowledge to clarify. There is only one Sharia, suffice it to say. It cannot be challenged. I would say more on this here, but I know my views will not be allowed to be published here.

A man should not abandon his wife just for another woman. This is clearly injustice towards a woman. But unfortunately, some people abuse Islamic values and principles. This is the harsh truth.

If a man marries four women, then if he has relations with all of them, then the women know who the father of the children is. If a woman marries four men, then she has relations with all of them and gets pregnant, then how will she know who is the father of her children? From whom does that child inherit from? Whose name does it inherit? The child potentially has four fathers? Men are selfish in that they will not raise a child that is not theirs. If neither one knows for sure, then how will the woman fare? That is a life of hell for her.

Personally I would suggest start by reading the biography of the Pioneer of Islam, our Blessed Prophet Muhammad (saw), read about his life as much as you can.
