First try at Poetry

I hope you do
I'm the one
The only truth
In me you'll find the best of fruits
In which you'll find everlasting youth


This is my first attempt at poetry and this is what I have created so far. What does everyone think? Is it good or is it bad?
Maybe someone can help in some techniques on good poem writing
