you don't have to upload them, you just insert the image, in 2 ways :

1) Using the image icon

select the "From url" Tab and keep the check box "Retrieve remote file and reference file locally" UNCHECKED (otherwise it will upload the file and give you a hard day)

2) Using [ IMG] tag :
You can also do the same job by writing this in your post : [ IMG]http://www.thewebsite.com/YourImage.jpg[ /IMG]

(EDIT : remove the space in the beginning of [ IMG] and [ /IMG])
