In depths of the night when no one hears,
For you, Allah I shed my tears.
To free my soul from the chains that bind it,
And in your Mercy, to forgive and guide it.

Ya Allah help me to find,
True peace of heart and peace of mind.
Chasing after worldly gain,
Has only brought more fear and pain.

I tried to rely on everyone but You,
Thinking people could pull me through.
But now You have shown me my mistake,
Before the great risk I was going to take.

When I lost everything I love,
Your mercy showered me from above.
From now on I depend on You,
There is none other to turn to.

My Lord, my Rabb, ya Allah.
La illaha ilallah.
