GCSE results

Congrats, you guys should celebrate yourselves... Most of you're doing great, well grades aren't so important, most important thing is your willingness to learn and how you conduct your life after that.

I got 1 A, 3 Bs, 3 Cs, 2 Ds, and 1 E for my GCSE in 2003. I failed my additional math and only got C for my math ;D;D... That's not even good to enter matriculation center. I took A-Level two years after that, and also got an A, while the rest are Cs... Luckily I was still accepted in the university in the school of pure art.

eh hem, gcse's are getting easier, everyones getting A*'s

i think my GCSE results wen i did them yonks ago were something like;
1 A
2 B's
7 C's

sorry, no A*'s (i was So disappointed :p notttt!)
 
My mother just got off the phone to a girl I've known since she was in year 6. She got 9A*s, 3As and 2Bs. I forgot to congratulate her because that only reminded me of my recent failure. Ah well. Thoughts are better when they're not spoken ones.

I think it could be:

1. Students have gotten more clever (which I highly doubt)
2. Exams are easier.
3. Mark scheme has gone less strict.
4. More emphasis on revision, good teaching methods and exam practice.
 
alhamdiallah I PASSED! everyone else is in ma duas, may allah bring us success in this life n the next for all of us ameen. (i got 3 Cs n 2 Bs by the grace of allah)
