I wanna ask a Q...

If a believer has committed too many sins, and can't get over them and instead of committing suicide, can that person ask to be stoned to death?
Is It haram to say so?
Does stoning to death purify the believer from his/her sins?
 
well are the sins punishable by death? and has that person actually got access to a shariah govt that can carry out the law islamically? and is the person mentally stable?

If you're talking about stoning as a means to euthanasia, I'd say no, that would not be allowed.

Nobody wants to commit suicide to be purified of their sins. Suicide is a one-way ticket to Hell.

if the Islamic Law states that stoning is the required punishment for this sin that you talking about then no.

and what people dont usually understand is that the sinner must admitt to this sin and must be sane as well

These objectives are:

To criminals, punishment is kaffara (purification) and reforming for the re-acceptance into the society.

To society, punishment is a preventive method to save the society from crimes.

To victims, punishment is a mean of retribution.

and asking for death isnt alloweded in Islam period



We ask Allah that He guides us to what pleases Him and that we fear none but Him.

Simple basic answers:

NO

NO

NO!!!!!!!

You can not do anything to purify your sins only the mercy of Allaah(swt) can do that. You can only get that by asking Allaah(swt) for forgiveness and lead a life that shows you truly are sorry for your sins.

Ask Allaah(swt) for mercy and forgiveness. Leave judgement in his hands, lead the remainder of your life in a manner that reflects your love of Allaah(swt) and trust in the Mercy and judgment of Allaah(swt).

Do not try to do yourself that what only Allaah(swt) can do.
