People put your views forward.

With all this 'Anon...' confusing going around don't you think it will be a better idea if the Anon's like have numbers like 'Anon..1' then another can be 'Anon..2' etc etc...

that will be a great idea so we won't get mixed up and for those Anon's who post in one thread with different account will make more sense to us.

What you all say?

maybe they could make/install a plugin, which is like a special posting form, where they type their anonymous name (whatever name they like to choose), and post the question.

so that we basically answer the person, which has a temporary anonymous name.

^ Ya true. Well it's confusing members on forum and then it becomes such a fuss where the Anon feels upset and if that was me I'll feel the same.
Inshallah the mods/admins should look in to this issue.

But brother Vpb if another Anon.. posts in the other Anon's thread then that will be confusing again.

Why not colour of the nick like one Anon can be Pink another Red so and forth.

Pull some ideas forward people. :)

no sis, u didn't get what I wanted to say. When you pot as anonymous, you pick a name.
so if one person comes and chooses the name "cat", he posts the question,
now let's say someone else wants to reply by being anonymous, he can can choose the name "Idontlikecats", so he replies. and we can distinguisht , 'cat', and 'idontlikecats'. :)

it's the same thing as it is now, apart from the option that you have to choose a name instead of having the nickname 'anonymoys'.

Thats interesting idea. Basically it's like us we choose a nick but were not Anon.. though. Thats a good idea wait and see inshallah. Hope the mods/admins can contribute aswel

i like vpb's suggestion. it does get awfully confusing. at first i thought it was all one person who never got tired of complaining.
 
nice idea vpb....does not complicate things.....how will a person get the access to choose their names? ....as its already automatically becomes anon...

how about...if a person has problem/concern and need help on a certain situation. They can easily create a sep user account as ' i need help', anon in need, or something in that line..i dunno...

same as before, except that you type a name instead of having 'Anonymous' as a nickname.

we need to wait sis, I'm sure they have a lot of things to do now before this this idea.
 
Yeah it was confusing first 'cause it was like this one person got all these problems lol

i think anon's should stick to one forum its annoying when people use the account for no apparent reason in other forums

If anon 1, 2 etc are being used it would be helpful, also we will know if they flooding for no reason an dat..

I did bring this up about six months ago on this thread, and like vpb I also agree that you can come up with all kinds of fictitious names and remain anonymous.

I would prefer it if no one called themselves anon. They could still be anonymous if they called themselves, ‘George’ ‘bush’ ‘shrub’ or ‘tree’

The other thing I find hard is when you reply to a thread in the Cyber Counselling it does not flag up that you have participated in that thread at a later date. Also you do not get an email notification when other people reply to a Cyber thread.

Sometimes without these prompts I forget which Cyber threads I have replied to. Is there a reason for this, or can I request email notification when there are replies.

Oh i never saw that thread. Well i see there is a big confusion about these 'anon' genders which is making a big hassle for the other members. It would be highly appreciate if something does happen so we have less confusion going around.

Yes, same here i find it hard aswel to which thread i have posted in the Cyber section. I don't think we can get email notifications just for that specific thread. I mean you will get for all the thread and posts you made along with others. Trust me your email will be full like mad been there done that Marma Mia.

Lol. Them names are funny but ya good example to start of with.
