Hello everyone,

I'm new to this site, so I thought I would go ahead and make my first post. I'm a Christian, trying to get a better idea of other beliefs around me. I joined an atheist forum a few weeks ago, and thought now would be the time to get to know about Islam a bit more. Truth be told I don't know that much about Islam except for the very basics, and I hope to learn more about it in the coming weeks.

So, with that said, if you guys wouldn't mind giving me some of the basic beliefs of islam, I would be very appreciative

(And I hope this goes a little more constructively than the atheist forum, those guys can be really tough, haha)
