Allah created every single thing that you see and do not see. He doesn't need to construct things like we do by hiring builders or the like, Allah just has to say "Be" and it will come to existance.

The Originator of the heavens and the earth. When He decrees a matter, He only says to it : ‘Be!’ — and it is

No one created Allah.

The Proohet (saw) said: “The Shaytaan will come to one of you and say, ‘Who created such and such?’ until he says to him, ‘Who created your Lord?’ When it reaches that stage, let him seek refuge with Allaah [say A’oodhu Billaahi min ash-shaytaan ir-rajeem = I seek refuge with Allaah from the accursed Shaytaan] and stop thinking about it.”

For us to worship Him.

I created the jinn and humankind only that they might worship Me. [Surah Dhariyat 51:56]
 
You got those answers but I got a comment. It looks like the shytaan is trying to take control of you. Try to dhikr all the time and stop thinking about thses questions, who what and when. Just think your aim that is heaven.
