Our prophet (peace be upon him) Said :

The best of you is one who learns the Quran and teaches it. [Bukhari]

Hazrat Shaddad bin Aus (May Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah [SAWW](PBUH) said, "The best supplication for seeking forgiveness (Syed-ul-Istighfar) is to say: `Allahumma Anta Rabbi, la ilaha illa Anta, khalaqtani wa ana `abduka, wa ana `ala `ahdika wa wa`dika mastata’tu, A’udhu bika min sharri ma sanatu, abu’u laka bini`matika `alayya, wa abu’u bidhanbi faghfir li, fa innahu la yaghfirudh-dhunuba illa Anta. (O Allah! You are my Rubb. There is no true god except You. You have created me, and I am Your slave, and I hold to Your Covenant as far as I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done. I acknowledge the favors that You have bestowed upon me, and I confess my sins. Pardon me, for none but You has the power to pardon).’ He who supplicates in these terms during the day with firm belief in it and dies on the same day (before the evening), he will be one of the dwellers of Jannah; and if anyone supplicates in these terms during the night with firm belief in it and dies before the morning, he will be one of the dwellers of Jannah.”

[Al-Bukhari Book 08, Chapter 75, Hadith # 318].

Bismillah Walhamdulillah Was Salaatu Was Salaam 'ala Rasulillah

As-Salaam Alaikum Wa-Rahmatullahi Wa-Barakatuhu

6th Rabi al-Thani 1435 (6th February 2014)

Narrated 'Abdullah (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "Abusing a Muslim is Fusuq
(an evil doing) and killing him is Kufr (disbelief)."

Narrated 'Ubada bin As-Samit: "Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) went out to
inform the people about the (date of the) night of decree (Al-Qadr) but
there happened a quarrel between two Muslim men. The Prophet (Sallallahu
'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "I came out to inform you about (the date of) the
night of Al-Qadr, but as so and so and so and so quarrelled, its knowledge
was taken away (I forgot it) and maybe it was better for you. Now look for
it in the 7th, the 9th and the 5th (of the last 10 nights of the month of
Ramadan)."

Bukhari Vol. 1 : No. 46

Hazrat Jabir (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah [SAWW](PBUH) said, "When a Muslim plants a tree, whatever is eaten from it is charity from him and whatever is stolen is charity and whatever is subtracted from it is charity".

[Muslim Book 010, Chapter 23, Hadith # 3764].

As-Salaam Alaikum Wa-Rahmatullahi Wa-Barakatuhu

7th Rabi al-Thani 1435 (7th February 2014)

Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Abbas (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

I was informed by Abu Sufyan that Heraclius said to him, "I asked you
whether they (followers of Muhammad (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam)) were
increasing or decreasing. You replied that they were increasing. And in
fact, this is the way of true Faith till it is complete in all respects. I
further asked you whether there was anybody, who, after embracing his (the
Prophet's) (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) religion (Islam) became
displeased and discarded it. You replied in the negative, and in fact, this
is (a sign of) true faith. When its delight enters the heart and mixes with
them completely, nobody can be displeased with it."

Bukhari Vol. 1 : No. 48

Hazrat Abu Dharr (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah [SAWW](PBUH) said, "I see what you do not see and I hear what you do not hear; heaven has squeaked, and it has right to do so. By Him, in Whose Hand my soul is, there is not a space of four fingers in which there is not an angel who is prostrating his forehead before Allah, the Exalted. By Allah, if you knew what I know, you would laugh little, weep much, and you would not enjoy women in beds, but would go out to the open space beseeching Allah".

[At-Tirmidhi*Hadith # 2312]

As-Salaam Alaikum Wa-Rahmatullahi Wa-Barakatuhu

8th Rabi al-Thani 1435 (8th February 2014)

Narrated An-Nu'man bin Bashir (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

I heard Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) saying, 'Both legal
and illegal things are evident but in between them there are doubtful
(suspicious) things and most of the people have no knowledge about them.

So whoever saves himself from these suspicious things saves his religion and
his honor. And whoever indulges in these suspicious things is like a
shepherd who grazes (his animals) near the Hima (private pasture) of
someone else and at any moment he is liable to get in it.

(O people!) Beware! Every king has a Hima and the Hima of Allah on the earth is His
illegal (forbidden) things. Beware! There is a piece of flesh in the body
if it becomes good (reformed) the whole body becomes good but if it gets
spoilt the whole body gets spoilt and that is the heart.

9th Rabi al-Thani 1435 (9th February 2014)

Narrated 'Umar bin Al-Khattab (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "The reward of deeds
depends upon the intention and every person will get the reward according
to what he has intended. So whoever emigrated for Allah and His Apostle,
then his emigration was for Allah and His Apostle. And whoever emigrated
for worldly benefits or for a woman to marry, his emigration was for what
he emigrated for."

Hazrat Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) reported: The Messenger of Allah [SAWW](PBUH) used to supplicate (in these words): "Allahumma inni A’udhu bika min sharri ma `amiltu, wa min sharri ma lam a`mal (O Allah! I seek refuge in You from the evil of that which I have done and the evil of that which I have not done).”

[Muslim Book 35, Chapter 17, Hadith # 6558]

Hazrat Ibn Masood (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah [SAWW](PBUH) said, "Truth leads to piety and piety leads to Jannah. A man persists in speaking the truth till he is enrolled with Allah as a truthful. Falsehood leads to vice and vice leads to the Fire (Hell), and a person persists on telling lies until he is enrolled as a liar".’

[Muslim Book 32, Chapter 26, Hadith # 6306].

The prophet Muhmmad peace and blessing be upon him(sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “Whenever a non-mahram man and woman meet in seclusion, Shaytaan definitely is the third one joining them.''

As-Salaam Alaikum Wa-Rahmatullahi Wa-Barakatuhu

12th Rabi al-Thani 1435 (12th February 2014)

Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Amr (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

Once the Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) remained behind us in a
journey. He joined us while we were performing ablution for the prayer
which was over-due. We were just passing wet hands over our feet (and not
washing them properly) so the Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam)
addressed us in a loud voice and said twice or thrice: "Save your heels
from the fire."

Bukhari Vol. 1 : No. 57

Hazrat Nawwas bin Saman (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: I asked Messenger of Allah [SAWW](PBUH) about virtue and sin, and he said, "Virtue is noble behavior, and sin is that which creates doubt and you do not like people to know about it.”

[Muslim 32, Chapter 03, Hadith # 6195]

It was narrated that Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: “The Messenger of Allah (Sallalahu Alayhi Wa Sallam ) said:

‘Be kind to women.’”

(Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 3153; Muslim, 1468).

The Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) said, "The believer's shade on the Day of Resurrection will be his charity."[Al-Tirmidhi, Hadith 604]

The Prophet also said, "Every act of goodness is charity." [Sahih Muslim, Hadith 496]

Narrated Faddalah ibn Ubayd (RA): that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said, 'When anyone of you makes du'a, let him start by glorifying his Lord and praising Him, then let him send blessings upon the Prophet (SAW), then let him pray for whatever he wants'
[abu Dawud #1481, at-Tirmidhi #3477]

Umar (RA) narrated that the Prophet (SAW) said: 'Du'a is detained between the heavens and the earth and no part of it is taken up until you send blessings upon your Prophet (SAW)' [at-Tirmidhi #486]

In another hadith; Baqiy ibn Mukhallid (RA) narrated that that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: 'Every du'a is not responded to until one sends blessings upon the Prophet (SAW)' [al-Bayhaqi]

The Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him) said,

“When a person's child dies, Allah the Most High asks His angels, ‘Have you taken out the life of the child of My slave?’ They reply in the affirmative. He then asks, ‘Have you taken the fruit of his heart?’ They reply in the affirmative. Thereupon he asks, ‘What has My slave said?’ They say: ‘He has praised You and said: Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi raji’un (We belong to Allah and to Him we shall be returned).’ Allah says: ‘Build a house for My slave in Jannah and name it Bait-ul-Hamd (the House of Praise).’” [Tirmidhi]

The Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “He who does not show mercy to people, Allah also does not show mercy to him.” [Bukhari]

So followers of the religion of Islam, show mercy to one another, love each other for the sake of Allah(swt) and spend on and help the poor. Surely Allah(swt) will not let your sincere actions go to waste. Allah(swt) may forgive sins committed against Him, but sins against a human being will not be forgiven unless the person concerned forgives.

Hazrat Abu Masud Al-Ansari (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah[SAWW](PBUH) said, "One of the admonitions of the previous Prophets which has been conveyed to people is that if you have no modesty, you can do whatever you like.”
