Hadith:
Abu Hurairah (RadiAllahu Anhu) reported: A bedouin urinated in the mosque and some people rushed to beat him up. The Prophet (Sallellahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) said:
"Leave him alone and pour a bucket of water over it. You have been sent to make things easy and not to make them difficult.''

COMMENTARY

This Hadith brings into light the fact that leniency is also vitally needed in the sphere of education and discipline. This is particularly true in the case of ignorant and ill-bred people. This is so because if they are treated unkindly, they will become more indocile on account of their wild temperament and foolishness. A kind handling is indispensable for putting them to discipline, even if they make desperate blunders. This Hadith is very beneficial with regard to the way of Da'wah, guidance and practical education. Another point this Hadith discloses is that the flow of water can wipe out dirt and impurity, and make the place free from its effect.

Hazrat Ibn Masud (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah [SAWW](PBUH) said, "The first matter concerning which people will be judged on the Day of Resurrection will be the matter of blood.”

[Al-Bukhari Book 08, Chapter 76, Hadith #
540].

“The best of you is the one who is best to his family and I am best of you to my family.” [Tirmidhi]

Hazrat Abu Musa (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah [SAWW](PBUH) said, "Allah, the Exalted, will continue to stretch out His Hand in the night so that the sinners of the day may repent, and continue to stretch His Hand in the daytime so that the sinners of the night may repent, until the sun rises from the west".

[Muslim Book 05, Chapter 037, Hadith #
6644].

Hazrat Anas (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The supplication most often recited by The Messenger of Allah [SAWW](PBUH) was: "Allahumma atina fid-dunya hasanatan, wa fil-akhirati hasanatan, wa qina `adhab-annar (O our Rubb! give us in this world that which is good and in the Hereafter that which is good, and save us from the punishment of the Fire).”
