Abu Huraira (RA) reported God’s Messenger (ﷺ) as saying, “If anyone finds pleasure in receiving an answer from God in times of difficulty, he should make many supplications when times are easy.” Tirmidhi transmitted it, saying this is a Gharib tradition.

(Mishkat al-Masabih 2240, Book 9, Hadith 17)
 
Narrated Sumara (ra): Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said: “Whoever performs ablution on Friday has done a good thing and he who takes bath, taking bath is better (for him).” [Reported by Al-Khamsa and At-Tirmidhi graded it Hasan (fair).]

I share with you an authentic narration of a great rewarding salawat:

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ النَّبيِّ،عَدَدَ مَنْ صَلّٰى عَلَيْهِ مِنْ خَلْقِكَ ، وَصَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ النَّبيِّ كَمَا يَنْبَغِيْ لَنَا أَنْ نُصَلِّي عَلَيْه ، وَصَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ النَّبيِّ كَمَاْ أَمَرْتَنَا أَنْ نُصَلِّي عَلَيْهِ


Translation: O Allah, send blessings upon Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as many times as all your creatures have send salutations for him .
And send blessings on Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as we should send salutations for him.
And send blessings upon Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as you have commanded us to send salutations for him.

Al-Daraqutni (c. 918 CE/306 AH ) in AL – AFRAD-WAL – GHRAEB and Ibn Al-Najjar in his history on the authority of the companion Sayyidna Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq, (may God be pleased with him), said: I was with the Prophet(صلي الله عليه وآله وبارك وسلم) and a man came to him (for some need )and send Slam on him(صلي الله عليه وآله وبارك وسلم). Prophet,(صلي الله عليه وآله وبارك وسلم) turned his (beautiful) face towards him and let him sit beside him ( with a warm welcome ). When the man had finished his need, he got up and left. Then Prophet Muhammad(صلي الله عليه وآله وبارك وسلم), may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “O, Abu Bakr, this is a man who says this Durud ( Salawat) every morning 10 times on me . His durud for me is equal to the number of Durud send by all the creatures (of Allah ). I said: What is that Durud (Salutation)? He (صلي الله عليه وآله وبارك وسلم), may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said:
” He says ( O Allah, send blessings upon Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as many times as all your creatures have send salutations for him . And send blessings on Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as we should send salutations for him. And send blessings upon Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as you have commanded us to send salutations for him. )

Authenticity of the Hadith
This hadith is considered authentic by two great scholars of Islam . The first scholar is Jalal al-Din al-Suyuti ( c. 1445–1505 CE) . He mentioned this narration in his famous book Al-Dur al-Manthur . Also famous Hanafi scholar Sanaullah Panipati (1143 AH -1225) has written this hadith his famous and the most authentic Tafsir of Quran in Hanafi jurisprudence i.e Tafsir_al-Mazhari .

Alms
Abu al-Aswad al-Dailani (ra) said: While we were present with Abu Dharr (RA), he said: In the morning, alms are due for him, ever fast is alms, every pilgrimage is alms, every utterance of "Glory to be Allah" is alms, every utterance of "Allah is most great" is alms, every utterance of "Praise be to Allah" is alms. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) recounted all such good works. He then said: Two rak'ahs which one prays in the Duha serve instead of that.

Narrated Tariq (RA): `Abdullah (RA) said, "The best talk is Allah's Book (Qur'an), and the best guidance is the guidance of Muhammad."

(Sahih al-Bukhari 6098, Book 78, Hadith 125)
 
Abu Hurairah (RA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Allah created a hundred mercies, and He placed one mercy among his creation, they show mercy to one another by it, and there are ninety-nine mercies with Allah.”

(Jami` at-Tirmidhi 3541, Book 48, Hadith 172)
 
Narrated Anas (RA): The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Whoever possesses the following three qualities will taste the sweetness of faith:
1. The one to whom Allah and His Apostle become dearer than anything else.
2. Who loves a person and he loves him only for Allah's sake.
3. Who hates to revert to disbelief (Atheism) after Allah has brought (saved) him out from it, as he hates to be thrown in fire."

(Sahih al-Bukhari 21, Book 2, Hadith 14)
 
Narrated Anas bin Malik (RA): The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "There will be no town which Ad-Dajjal will not enter except Makkah and Madinah, and there will be no entrance (road) (of both Makkah and Madinah) but the angels will be standing in rows guarding it against him, and then Madinah will shake with its inhabitants thrice (i.e. three earthquakes will take place) and Allah will expel all the non-believers and the hypocrites from it."

(Sahih al-Bukhari 1881, Book 29, Hadith 15)
 
Narrated `Aisha (RA): Some of the wives of the Prophet (peace be upon him) asked him, "Who amongst us will be the first to follow you (i.e. die after you)?" He said, "Whoever has the longest hand." So they started measuring their hands with a stick and Sauda's hand turned out to be the longest. (When Zainab bint Jahsh died first of all in the caliphate of `Umar), we came to know that the long hand was a symbol of practicing charity, so she was the first to follow the Prophet (peace be upon him) and she used to love to practice charity. (Sauda died later in the caliphate of Muawiya).

Narrated Abu Jurayy al-Hujaymi (RA): I came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said: Upon you be peace, Messenger of Allah! He said: Do not say:
Upon you be peace, for "Upon you be peace" is the salutation to the dead.

(Sunan Abi Dawud 5209, Book 43, Hadith 437)
 
It was narrated from Ibn Abi Sa'eed Al-Khudri (RA) that his father said: "I passed by the Prophet (peace be upon him) when he was performing Wudu' from the well of Buda'ah. I said: 'Are you performing Wudu' from it when garbage is thrown into it?' He said: 'Water is not made impure by anything.'"

(Sunan an-Nasa'i 327, Book 2, Hadith 3)
 
Narrated Abu Musa (RA): The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "The example of guidance and knowledge with which Allah has sent me is like abundant rain falling on the earth, some of which was fertile soil that absorbed rain water and brought forth vegetation and grass in abundance. (And) another portion of it was hard and held the rain water and Allah benefited the people with it and they utilized it for drinking, making their animals drink from it and for irrigation of the land for cultivation. (And) a portion of it was barren which could neither hold the water nor bring forth vegetation (then that land gave no benefits). The first is the example of the person who comprehends Allah's religion and gets benefit (from the knowledge) which Allah has revealed through me (the Prophets) and learns and then teaches others. The last example is that of a person who does not care for it and does not take Allah's guidance revealed through me (He is like that barren land.)"

Anas (RA) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said to me, "Beware of looking around in Salah (prayer), because random looks in Salah are a cause of destruction. If there should be no help from it, it is permissible in the voluntary and not in obligatory Salat."

(Riyad as-Salihin 1756, Book 17, Hadith 246)
 
Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala said:

ٱلَّذِيْنَ يَسْتَحِبُّوْنَ الْحَيٰوةَ الدُّنْيَا عَلَى الْاٰ خِرَةِ وَيَصُدُّوْنَ عَنْ سَبِيْلِ اللّٰهِ وَيَبْغُوْنَهَا عِوَجًا ۗ اُولٰٓئِكَ فِيْ ضَلٰلٍۢ بَعِيْدٍ
"The ones who prefer the worldly life over the Hereafter and avert [people] from the way of Allah, seeking to make it (seem) deviant. Those are in extreme error."
(QS. Ibrahim 14: Verse 3)

It was narrated that Abu Al-Jawza (RA) said: "Al-Hasan said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) taught me some words to say in witr in Qunut:

اللَّهُمَّ اهْدِنِي فِيمَنْ هَدَيْتَ وَعَافِنِي فِيمَنْ عَافَيْتَ وَتَوَلَّنِي فِيمَنْ تَوَلَّيْتَ وَبَارِكْ لِي فِيمَا أَعْطَيْتَ وَقِنِي شَرَّ مَا قَضَيْتَ إِنَّكَ تَقْضِي وَلاَ يُقْضَى عَلَيْكَ وَإِنَّهُ لاَ يَذِلُّ مَنْ وَالَيْتَ تَبَارَكْتَ رَبَّنَا وَتَعَالَيْتَ

Allahumma ihdini fiman hadayta wa 'afini fiman afayta wa tawallani fiman tawallayta wa barik li fima a'tayta, wa qini sharra ma qadayta, fa innaka taqdi wa la yuqda 'alayk, wa innahu la yadhilluman walayta, tabarakta Rabbana wa at'alayt

(O Allah, guide me among those whom You have guided, pardon me among those You have pardoned, turn to me in friendship among those on whom You have turned in friendship, and bless me in what You have bestowed, and save me from the evil of what You have decreed. For verily You decree and none can influence You; and he is not humiliated whom You have befriended. Blessed are You, O Lord, and Exalted.)"

(Sunan an-Nasa'i 1745, Book 20, Hadith 148)
 
Abu Musa al-Ash'ari (RA) reported Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) as saying: A believer who recites the Qur'an is like an orange whose fragrance is sweet and whose taste is sweet; a believer who does not recite the Qur'an is like a date which has no fragrance but has a sweet taste; and the hypocrite who recites the Qur'an is like a basil whose fragrance is sweet, but whose taste is bitter; and a hypocrite who does not recite the Qur'an is like the colocynth which has no fragrance and has a bitter taste.

It was narrated from Salim bin Abdullah (RA) that: Abdullah bin Umar (RA) came to Al-Hajjaj bin Yusuf (RA) on the day of Arafat when the sun has passed its zenith, and I was with him. He said: "We have to move on if you want to follow Sunnah." He said to him: "At this hour?" He said: Yes." Salim said: "I said to Al-Hajjaj: 'If you want to follow the Sunnah, then deliver a short Khutbah and hasten to pray.' Abdullah bin Umar said: 'He is telling the truth.'"

(Sunan an-Nasa'i 3009, Book 24, Hadith 392)
 
Surah Al-Imran
Makhūl (RA) said, “If anyone recites Āl ‘Imrān on a Friday, the angels will invoke blessings on him till night comes.” Transmitted by Dārimī.

Abu Mas'ud (RA) narrated that: Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) said: "The one who recites most of the Book of Allah is to lead the people (in prayers). If they are equal in recitation, then the most knowledgeable in the Sunnah among them. If they are equal regarding the Sunnah, then the earliest of them to emigrate. If they are equal in their emigration, then the eldest among them. And a man is not to be led in prayer in the place of his authority, and his spot of esteem in his home is not to be sat on without his permission."

(Jami` at-Tirmidhi 235, Book 2, Hadith 87)
 
It was narrated that ‘Imran bin Husain (RA) and Abu Barzah (RA) said: “We went out with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) to attend a funeral, and he saw some people who had cast aside their upper sheets and were walking in their shirts only. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: ‘Are you adopting the practice of the days of ignorance?’ or ‘Are you imitating the behaviour of the days of ignorance? I was about to supplicate against you that you would return in a different form.’ So they put their sheets back on and never did that again.”

(Sunnan Ibn Majah 1485, Book 6, Hadith 53)
