Abu Zaid (viz. Amr b. Akhtab) (RA) reported: Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) led us in the dawn prayer and then mounted the pulpit and addressed us until it was (time for the) noon prayer. He then came down the pulpit and observed prayer and then again mounted the pulpit and again addressed us until it was time for the 'Asr prayer. He then again came down and observed the prayer and again mounted the pulpit and addressed us until the sun was set and he informed (about) everything (pertaining to turmoil) that lay hidden in the past and what lies in (the womb) of) the future and the most learned amongst us is one who remembers them well.

Narrated Jabir bin `Abdullah (RA): Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) was on a journey and saw a crowd of people, and a man was being shaded (by them). He asked, "What is the matter?" They said, "He (the man) is fasting." The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "It is not righteousness that you fast on a journey."

Narrated Ibn `Umar (RA): While `Umar bin Al-Khattab (RA) was standing and delivering the sermon on a Friday, one of the companions of the Prophet (ﷺ), who was one of the foremost Muhajirs (emigrants) came. `Umar (RA) said to him, "What is the time now?" He replied, "I was busy and could not go back to my house till I heard the Adhan. I did not perform more than the ablution." Thereupon `Umar (RA) said to him, "Did you perform only the ablution although you know that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) used to order us to take a bath (on Fridays)?"

It was narrated that Hakim bin Hizam (RA) said: "The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: 'The two parties to a transaction have the choice so long as they have not separated. If they are honest and open, their transaction will be blessed, but if they tell lies and conceal anything, the blessing of their transaction will be lost."

(Sunan an-Nasa'i 4457, Book 44, Hadith 9)
 
Narrated Abu Huraira (RA): The Prophet (SAW) said, "Take refuge with Allah from the difficulties of severe calamities, from having an evil end and a bad fate and from the malicious joy of your enemies."

Bara’ bin ‘Azib said: “I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: ‘Allah and the angels send blessings upon the first row.’”

Abu Hurairah (RA) narrated that The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: “The most complete of the believers in faith, is the one with the best character among them. And the best of you are those who are best to your women.”

A'isha (RA), the Umm al-Mu'minin, said, "I did not see anyone who more resembled the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, in manner of speaking than Fatima (RA). When she came to him, he stood up for her, made her welcome, kissed her and had her sit in his place. When the Prophet came to her, she stood up for him, took his hand, made him welcome, kissed him, and made him sit in her place. She came to him during his final illness and he greeted her and kissed her."

Narrated Abu Hurairah (RA): that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Do not turn your houses into graves. Indeed Ash-Shaitan does not enter the house in which Surat Al-Baqarah is recited."

It was narrated from Abu Mas’ud (RA) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Whoever recites the last two Verses of Surah Al-Baqarah at night, that will be sufficient for him.”

Narrated Jubair bin Mut`im (RA): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "I have five names: I am Muhammad and Ahmad; I am Al-Mahi through whom Allah will eliminate infidelity; I am Al-Hashir who will be the first to be resurrected, the people being resurrected there after; and I am also Al-`Aqib (i.e. There will be no prophet after me).

Abu Hurairah (RA) narrated that: Allah's Messenger said: "Whoever sends Salat upon me, Allah sends Salat upon him ten times."

It was narrated from Abu Salam (RA): the Prophet (SAW) said: "There is no Muslim - or no person, or slave (of Allah) - who says, in the morning and evening,



رَضِيتُ بِاللَّهِ رَبًّا وَبِالإِسْلاَمِ دِينًا وَبِمُحَمَّدٍ نَبِيًّا



'Radaytu billahi Rabban wa bil-Islami dinan wa bi Muhammadin nabiyyan'

(I am content with Allah as my Lord, Islam as my religion and Muhammad as my Prophet)

but he will have a promise from Allah to make him pleased on the Day of Resurrection."

(Sunan Ibn Majah 3870, Book 34, Hadith 44)
 
Narrated Abu Hurairah (RA): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Our Lord, the Blessed, the Superior, comes every night down on the nearest Heaven to us when the last third of the night remains, saying: "Is there anyone to invoke Me, so that I may respond to invocation? Is there anyone to ask Me, so that I may grant him his request? Is there anyone seeking My forgiveness, so that I may forgive him?"

(Sahih al-Bukhari 1145, Book 19, Hadith 26)
 
It was narrated that `Uthman bin `Affan (RA) said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Whoever prays `Isha` in congregation, it will be like spending half the night in prayer (qiyam) and whoever prays `Isha` and Fajr in congregation, it will be like spending the whole night in prayer.`

(Musnad Ahmad 491, Book 4, Hadith 84)
 
Narrated Abu Hurairah (RA): The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The sun and the moon will be folded up (deprived of their light) on the Day of Resurrection."

Narrated Abu Hurairah (RA): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "(A group of) angels stay with you at night and (another group of) angels by daytime, and both groups gather at the time of the 'Asr and Fajr prayers. Then those angels who have stayed with you overnight, ascend (to Heaven) and Allah asks them (about you) - and He knows everything about you. "In what state did you leave My slaves?' The angels reply, 'When we left them, they were praying, and when we reached them they were praying.' "

(Sahih al-Bukhari 7429, Book 97, Hadith 56)
 
Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar (RA): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Not to wish to be the like except of two men. A man whom Allah has given the knowledge of the Book and he recites it during the hours of the night, and a man whom Allah has given wealth, and he spends it in charity during the night and the hours of the day."
