Why would Muslims need faith healing when there's Roqyah Sharia which involves reading Quran? Also in the prophetic medicine (Al Teb Al Nabawy) using Quran and some herbs are very effective

what is haram about alternative medicine? people need to be a bit more specific. alternative medicine can mean many things. what is so haram? explain please that if someone wants to use alternative medicine intead of chemo to help with cancer after surgery which can work, then what is haram about this?
