try and solve ;D

I am so humble, yet so versatile!
I am the answer, to a desperate mother's cry!
I am to be found in every household....
Almost everyone seems to like me, young or old!
To let you know about me, let me tell you more...
Most of the Muslim Ummah, do 'Nahar' of me Yaum al Jumuah,
The rich can not ignore me, to the poor I am gold...
Wherever you are on earth, you will find me sold!

Ugh I hate riddles, shouldn't have read this. I wont be able to get it out of my head until I get the answer imsad so I don't know what 'nahar' means, but I will guess the answer is prayer but that cant be sold :cry: hmmmm

man im stumped, please let us know quickly because ill be thinking about it all night lol

clues now ;D

Clue 1:Virtue of salatal Jum'ah
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Coming early to Jumu’ah brings a great reward.
Al-Bukhaari (814) and Muslim (850) narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever does ghusl on Friday like ghusl for janaabah, then goes to the prayer (in the first hour, i.e., early), it is as if he sacrificed a camel. Whoever goes in the second hour, it is as if he sacrificed a cow; whoever goes in the third hour, it is as if he sacrificed a horned ram; whoever goes in the fourth hour, it is as if he sacrificed a hen; and whoever goes in the fifth hour it is as if he offered an egg. When the imam comes out, the angels come to listen to the khutbah.”
Clue 2:
Tafsir Ibn Kathir
~~~~~~~~~~~

(فَصَلِّ لِرَبِّكَ وَانْحَرْ)
[Surat Al-Kauther : 2]

Therefore turn in prayer to your Lord and sacrifice.
meaning, `just as We have given you the abundant goodness in this life and the Hereafter -- and from that is the river that has been described previously -- then make your obligatory and optional prayer, and your sacrifice (of animals) solely and sincerely for your Lord.
Worship Him alone and do not associate any partner with him. And sacrifice pronouncing His Name alone, without ascribing any partner to Him.'
This is as Allah says,
Say:
َ
ِ"Verily, my Salah, my sacrifice, my living, and my dying are for Allah, the Lord of all that exists.

He has no partner. And of this I have been commanded, and I am the first of the Muslims.'' (6:162-163)

Ibn `Abbas, Ata,' Mujahid, Ikrimah and Al-Hasan all said, "This means with this the Budn should be sacrificed.''
Qatadah, Muhammad bin Ka`b Al-Qurazi, Ad-Dahhak, Ar-Rabi, Ata Al-Khurasani, Al-Hakam, Isma`il bin Abi Khalid and others from the Salaf have all said the same.
This is the opposite of the way of the idolators, prostrating to other than Allah and sacrificing in other than His Name.

Allah says,

And do not eat from what Allah's Name has not been pronounced over, indeed that is Fisq. (6:121)

:salam:
I would guess an egg, but that would be what am I rather than who am I? At the same time, it is difficult to think of a 'who' that is sold, unless it is the hen...
